Raikou Mk 2, WIP

Thought I'd start sketching out a newer version of Raikou (I'm not a fan of the one from September anymore) I like this one a lot better so far! I didn't like how I couldn't see the rest of Raikou in my other drawing, it bugged me. He doesnt look a whole lot like Raikou yet, but I'm trying to make his features more subtle. Might change his design later.

EDIT: got the base colors down and added the tail :3
